Faith Community Church is committed to the biblical and historical theology of the Reformation. We eagerly affirm Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), Sola Gratia (by grace alone), and Sola Fide (through faith alone) as defining emphases of Evangelical Christianity. We are evangelical Calvinists who delight in the Sovereignty of God. We view God’s election of sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as the grounds of our assurance that God’s redemptive purpose – and our proclamation of the Gospel – will not fail nor be defeated. We are inspired by this to send men, women, and resources to the ends of the earth in our desire to be a means through which are gathered those whom “Christ purchased by his own blood, for God”, from “every tribe and tongue and people and nation”.
Our Confession of Faith
We have 16 Articles, where our elders have defined what we believe about our Faith, God’s word, and His Church. Please read through this document and feel free to ask any Elder or member of FCC questions you have about it.
What is the Gospel?
If a holy God calls the wicked to have a loving relationship with Him, He’s not holy. If a just God simply pardons the wicked, He is no longer just. What did God do so it’s right for Him to forgive our sins and declare us not guilty?
Doctrines of Grace
In The Doctrines of Grace, Pastor Juhnke takes us to God’s Word and walks us through challenging truth that’s often neglected, maligned, or misunderstood, but is critical for every Christian to understand.
